Next Monday, December 21, a very interesting conference on the olive oil value chain will be held online and in a webinar format. The event is organized by the Consocio de la Feria del Olivo de Montoro and AEMO (Spanish Association of Olivo Municipalities). Renowned professionals in different areas will participate in it and they will speak face to face to discuss highlights of the process of the liquid gold value chain.
The conference will be opened by Ana María Romero, mayor of the Montoro City Council, president of the Consortium of the Montoro Olive Fair and the Spanish Association of Olive Municipalities (AEMO)
The meetings will be moderated: Jose Maria Penco, director of AEMO.
At the end of the conference, the “Pedro León Mellado” EVOO Oil Quality Awards will be presented.
