The meeting, which will be held within the framework of the Montoro Olive Tree Fair on 16 and 17 May, offers companies in the sector an exclusive showcase for unrivalled international business. The deadline for the submission of applications is 23 April 2018.
The Agencia Andaluza de Promoción Exterior, S.A. – EXTENDA, a public company of the Junta de Andalucía, calls for the participation of the firms of the olive grove auxiliary industry in the next XII International Meeting of the Olive Grove Auxiliary Industry which will take place on 16 and 17 May within the framework of the Olive Grove Fair of Montoro (Córdoba).
The main objective of this meeting is to support the process of internationalization of the companies in the sector by presenting a selection of operators (mainly importers, distributors, wholesalers, prescribers) from Morocco, Algeria, Peru and Chile, the Andalusian offer of the auxiliary olive industry and identify business opportunities in the selected markets.
Companies, freelancers, associations, foundations or any other public or private entity may participate by submitting the completed application form, proof of payment of the participation fee for those companies that do not exhibit at the Montoro Olive Fair and a document accrediting their participation in the Fair (only for those companies that exhibit at the event). This documentation will be sent by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy to email@example.com, the date of receipt of the application being considered the date of receipt of the documents indicated above.
Among the activities planned for 16 and 17 May are individual meetings between national companies and foreign companies invited to the Fair: these meetings will be arranged according to the interests shown by both parties and a visit to the stands of the Andalusian companies exhibiting at the Fair. The participating companies will receive, once they have registered, a detailed programme and the full profile of the foreign companies invited.
There are two types of participation: exhibiting companies in the Olive Fair, whose registration is free of charge and, on the other hand, non exhibiting companies whose participation fee will be 250 euros, which will give the right to hold meetings with guests who express interest in their products or services.

The deadline for the submission of applications is 23 April 2018. A period of 5 working days from the closing date of the call is established for the rectification of the situation.
The participation of EXTENDA in this event will be co-financed with funds from the European Union through the ERDF Operational Programme of Andalusia 2014-2020, or any other programme likely to finance this activity.
